Sally and Mike were married at St. John’s Anglican Church and held their reception at Inn on the Twenty in beautiful Jordan Village, Ontario. It’s always iffy rain-wise with spring weddings … but after weeks of dismal weather, they were blessed with a perfect spring day – clear blue skies and lots of sun. Sally and Mike are two of the most lovely, joyful, sincerest people I have ever met and their happiness is truly infectious – this wedding went by so quickly, I was having so much fun. And I literally left their reception with the hugest smile on my face. It’s moments like those where I know that I couldn’t possibly ever get sick of shooting weddings. Meeting couples like Sally and Mike who are so kind and so much in love – it’s why I love this job so much.
Sally’s stunning Reem Acra wedding gown:

“First Sees” are such a blast – and I love Mike’s reaction. It is so, so clear how in love he is with Sally.

One of my favourite shots. I did hardly anything to this photo actually…this is seriously how blue the skies were that day – just for them on their special day!

Forgot to mention – Sally and Mike rode around in a brand new Panamera Porsche all day!

And of course, the champagne was flowing…. we are in wine country after all. I really love the candidness of the shot on the left. Another favourite from the day.

Some neat shots in the wine cellars:

These were so yummy. I loved how there were these dainty, white, fragrant (and real!) flowers atop each cupcake.

The views (particularly at sunset) were breathtaking.

Dancing the night away…

Congratulations Sally and Mike!
